The Gemological Institute of America (GIA), as you know, is the authority that decides the genuineness of the diamond used in the diamond rings. Of course, keep in mind that you are getting what you are paying… The quality of these is basically industrial grade diamonds probably straight out of a manufacturing plant in China.
